Q1.  When do I get my bill?

A1.  Statements are sent out the first of every month for the work we did the previous month.


Q2. What are my payment options?

A2. We accept Cash, Check, and Credit


Q3. Do you bag the grass? And if so do you take the trash bags with you?

A3. Yes we normally bag the grass, we try to "mulch" the grass when possible but have found it most people don't like the way it looks upon completion. We are however for the most part willing to cater to your specific requests. We leave the trash at the curb or a designated area.


Q5. In the fall in winter when leaves are falling a lot do you charge extra?

A5.  It really depends on how bad it is. For the most part we do not, however we do in some cases have to charge an additional fee ranging from $3-$10 for the extra work of bagging everything.
