Lawn Service
Includes- mowing, edging, and blowing.
What Day- Once service is started we do our best to schedule it on a day prior to trash pickup. With only a few exceptions we will typically be there the same day of the week and usually around the same time.
Pricing- The price varies from yard to yard and is typically between $25 and $40 per service plus tax but for a normal average size lot we charge $25 per service. When starting service you have the option to pay per service at the end of each month or to have a flat monthly rate which is based on a preset schedule for the year. Either way is fine with us, however we have found it is easier for both the customer and ourserlves to have customers on a flat monthly rate.
Exampe. In july we cut an Average size lot, that we charge $25per serivce, five times that month. So with the Per Service plan your bill at the end of the month would be $125 plus tax. With the Preset Plan your bill would be $83.33 plus tax.
($25 per visit x 40 visits per year = $1,000 / 12 months = $83.33 per month)
Preset Schedule- Unless a specific request is made, this is the schedule we use to service all our customers.
-40 visits per year (the visits per month vary depending on what day we usually come to service your lawn).
January- 2 visits
February- 1 visit
March - 2 visits
April - 4 visits
May- 5 visits
June- 4 visits
July 5 visits
August- 4 visits
September- 4 visits
October - 5 visits
November - 2 visits
December - 2 visits
Weeding, Hedging, Clean-ups
We have a crew dedicated for these jobs alone and are happy to provide these services.
Pricing-
For services like these the cost for you depends on how long it takes us to complete the job, which we will be happy to quote you prior to service.
The way we charge for this is $35 per each man hour, with a 1 hour minimum charge. So for example if it takes 2 of our guys two hours to complete the job, then we would charge $140.
($35 per man hour x 4 man hours = $140)
For Weeding specifically we also have the option to spray the weeds, killing them down to the root. For this we typically charge $30-$50 depending on the size of beds. Or we can come on a schedule of once a month for a flat rate of $30 a month.
Landscaping
